With our industry-leading three-year warranty protection, here’s what’s covered:

• Manufacturing Defects: In the unlikely event that something went wrong during production, we’ll be sure to make it right.
• Surface Cracking: If the textured climbing surface develops cracks that could lead to delamination or breakage, we’ve got you covered.
• Excessive Wear: If the wall texture wears down to the point where the epoxy and wood are exposed, we’ll take care of it.
• Steel Structure: The steel structure is also covered under this warranty for three years.

So any problems related to how the climbing wall is supported, we will solve it.
