Warranty Statement

With our industry-leading three-year warranty protection, here’s what’s covered:

• Manufacturing Defects: In the unlikely event that something went wrong during

production, we’ll be sure to make it right.

​

• Surface Cracking: If the textured climbing surface develops cracks that could lead to

delamination or breakage, we’ve got you covered.

​

• Excessive Wear: If the wall texture wears down to the point where the epoxy and wood

are exposed, we’ll take care of it.

​

• Steel Structure: The steel structure is also covered under this warranty for three years.

So any problems related to how the climbing wall is supported, we will solve it.

Please note that normal wear and tear from rock climbing is not covered. If you have any
